FAQ
WHEN CAN WE ARRIVE?
Vendors can arrive as early as noon Wednesday Aug 24th.
Any 3 Day Pass Holders can arrive as early as 2pm Thursday Aug 25th.
All 2 Day and Single Day Pass Holders can arrive as early as 10am date of their ticket.
AGES AND RESTRICTIONS?
YOU SPOKE, WE LISTENED! Our first year was done on very short notice so we kept it to 21+. Since then we’ve expanded our age groups, allowing General Admission Patrons as young as 18+ to enter the grounds by themselves. Guests under the age of 18 may enter the grounds with their legal parent or guardian. Guests below the age of 3 may enter the grounds with a parent or legal guardian free of charge. Please take advantage of our family activities and camping we have implemented this year.
RE-ENTRY?
ONE re-entry per vehicle will be allowed for weekend passes. Day passes will not be allowed re-entry to the venue.
GATE TICKETS?
Passes WILL be available at the gate at standard rate:
-3 Day Passes: $200
-2 Day Passes: $150
Single Day Pass: $90
-Additional days can be added to single or two day passes for an additional $50

WRISTBANDS?
Wristbands will be provided upon entry. Tickets do not need to be printed, but the barcode needs to be visible and able to be scanned.
ENTRY & SECURITY?
There will be a brief security check upon entering the festival. Make sure to not have any of the below-prohibited items or they will be confiscated. This is a safe space for all!
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES?
Weekend patrons 21+ will be allowed BYOB for their camp sites. PLEASE NO GLASS CONTAINERS. Underage drinking WILL NOT be tolerated and will be grounds for immediate ejection with no warnings. Security reserves the right to check your ID and patrons 21+ will have different bracelets.
Water stations will also be available throughout the grounds.
WATER AND OUTSIDE FOOD?
We will have a number of food vendors and beverages available on the property grounds at a reasonable price. We do also encourage venue goers to bring any outside food or beverage they may like to eat or drink over the weekend!
WEATHER?
In the event of inclement weather, we will have a number of commercial tents throughout the festival to house the number of villages you can seek shelter in. We will also be selling ponchos, and a number of branded apparel items at each of our beverage stations throughout the festival ground.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Comfortable shoes, Tarps for under your tent, Hot dogs or anything to cook over a fire. Water! We will have two beverage/water points onsite but bringing your own is recommended as well! Hydration pack or camp shower for water fill-up Garden carts are great for moving your stuff to campsites Cash (there will be no ATMs, one is located directly across the street from festival grounds) Flashlight Power pack Sunscreen Bug spray Toilet paper, baby wipes Trash bags Tapestries and hammocks for the forest Good vibes!
WILL THERE BE FOOD VENDORS AND ICE?
Yes! We have a wonderful assortment of food vendors from all over the country!!! There is also an ice machine and water hoses at the main gate that are free to use for all venue goers.
CAN I CAMP OVERNIGHT WITH A DAY PASS? WHEN DO WE HAVE TO LEAVE?
Day pass holders may enter the venue at 10:00AM day of their pass and day pass holders must vacate grounds by midnight. Cars left in day pass parking after this time may be subject to towing at owners expense. Any day pass holder can upgrade to a weekend pass holder at the gate.
WHAT TIME DO GATES CLOSE?
Gates close at midnight each night. Gates open at noon Thursday Aug 27th for Weekend VIP pass holders, and 4:00PM Thursday August 27th for standard weekend pass holders. All Day pass holders may begin entering the facilities as early as 10:00AM day of their pass.
CAN WE HAVE FIRES?
Yes you can have personal fires however please keep them contained to the number of fire barrels and campfire pits located throughout the property.
WILL THERE BE ATMS?
Not this year (most vendors will take cards, but make sure to bring cash. ATM is located directly across Street from Festival Grounds).
ARE ANIMALS/PETS ALLOWED?
For the first year ever, dogs will be allowed in with the purchase of a $25 dog pass. Owners are responsible for picking up their dog’s poop, no one like poo on their shoes!
Please also keep dogs outside of the general put areas/or behind the front of house production areas. We want to make sure our furry friends’ ears are OK.
Aggressive animals will be asked to be removed from the premises.
CAN I CAMP NEXT TO MY CAR?
Yes you can camp next to or in your car! Weekend pass holders can park vehicles directly next to camp site. We also offer a number of camping upgrades including RV, JV, and VIP packages. Additional information can be found on our Camping Upgrades page.
